July 1 No Story Hour
July 2 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.Learn to knit or crochet w/ Zadie, bring a large hook and four-ply yarn or needles and yarn.

9:30am Sign Language
The first twenty minutes will be Sign Language for babies and toddlers and the
next forty minutes will be ASL (American Sign Language). This will be in the
downstairs meeting room. There is a Story Hour at 10:00am for the younger child.
Because of gas prices we consciously booked these back to back / overlapping.

Join us for a demonstration of Stone Ground Whole Wheat Bread. Alison
Wiediger of Au Naturel Farm will start with milling the wheat and will
demonstrate to the finished product.

Hour will be enjoyed by the preschooler thru early elementary. There will be
stories, games and a craft. This will be at 10:00am & 2:00pm. The theme today is
"Inching Along"

July 11 1:00 p.m. Puppet Show Rainbow Show Puppets will present: "The Ants and the Grasshopper" Robin Loeffler, puppeteer. This is a program for participants in the Summer Reading Program. Location: Mary Wood Weldon Memorial Library.

July 31 Twilight Garden Tour The University of Kentucky offers a Twilight Garden Tour every other year at their South Farm which is at the corner of Man of War and Nicholasville Rd (across from Wal-Mart). The details have not been set yet, other than the date. The local Horticulture / Garden Class rents a van and goes up for this educational and fun tour.
